I’m a Registered Psychotherapist based in Ontario offering virtual therapy for adults. I work with individuals who are seekig a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships and the patterns that shape their lives.
I’m passionate about supporting people through periods of uncertainty, self-doubt, and change — and helping them feel more connected to themselves and what matters to them.
About Amanda
My Approach
My approach is depth-oriented and relational. I’m interested not only in what’s happening now, but also in the patterns, relationships, and past experiences that can shape how you feel, think, and relate today.
Sometimes that means noticing the roles you tend to take on in relationships. Sometimes it means getting curious about why certain situations bring up such strong feelings, or why something you understand intellectually still feels difficult to change.
Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to you. Together, we’ll create space to slow down, explore what feels most important, and move toward meaningful change.
I draw from a range of evidence-informed and relational approaches, including psychodynamic, attachment-focused, person-centred, ACT, and mindfulness-based techniques.
I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, I adapt my approach to what feels most supportive and helpful for you.
