Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and deeply caring, but struggle with overthinking and self-doubt. They may feel caught between their own needs and the expectations of others. Some find themselves repeatedly in relationships that leave them feeling anxious or emotionally exhausted. If any of this feels familiar, I may be the right therapist for you. I strive to create a warm and collaborative space where you feel heard and supported, but also gently challenged in ways you may not have been before. By deepening your self-understanding and awareness, we can work toward meaningful change and a more authentic life.

My approach is eclectic as I draw from a range of approaches, including ACT, IFS, attachment-based, psychodynamic, and narrative approaches, with a focus on understanding the patterns and experiences that have shaped you. Above all, I value the therapeutic relationship, as trust and connection are essential for our work together.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been managing things on your own. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. If something here resonated, I’d be happy to connect—feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
