My Approach
As an eclectic therapist, I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic techniques and philosophies to create a customized and holistic approach that meets your unique needs. My primary focus is on utilizing a strengths-based and person-centered approach to guide our therapeutic journey together.
I firmly believe that each person possesses a unique set of strengths and inner resources that can be harnessed to overcome life's challenges. In our sessions, I will collaborate with you to identify and amplify these strengths. Together, we will explore your innate abilities, resilience, and past successes to build a solid foundation for personal growth and positive change. By shifting our focus towards your strengths, we can work together to develop effective strategies for addressing your concerns and achieving your goals.
Central to my therapeutic philosophy is the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Using a person-centered approach, I will create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express your thoughts, feelings, and concerns without fear of criticism. I will actively listen and empathize with your experiences, helping you gain insight into your emotions and behaviors. Our therapeutic relationship will be built on trust and collaboration, with your goals and values at the forefront of our work together.

While a strengths-based and person-centered approach forms the core of my therapeutic practice, I recognize that no single approach fits all situations. Life is complex, and so are the challenges we face. To address this complexity, I integrate elements from various therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, among others. By drawing from a rich toolbox of techniques, I can tailor our sessions to suit your individual needs and preferences.

What clients do I work with? I am privileged to work with a diverse tapestry of clients, each with unique stories, backgrounds, and struggles. Central to many of these journeys is the challenge of discovering and embracing one's authentic self amidst societal pressures, past experiences, and internal conflicts. My warm approach provides a safe space for introspection and growth, guiding individuals in shedding layers that mask their true essence. Here, every voice matters, every identity is celebrated, and every path towards authenticity is honored.
